Shadow Work® is a way to bring your true self out of shadow and into the light. It's a way of transforming parts of your character that you'd like to change with compassion and understanding, and offers an effective technology for balancing these diverse parts. Shadow Work includes a set of facilitated processes that allow individuals to explore and change almost any behavior pattern. Shadow Work is especially devoted to providing a setting that allows people to explore and evolve themselves safely, choicefully and without pressure from the facilitator. Shadow Types: Processing Days
This workshop is a follow-up to the Shadow Types Basics course. In the Basics course, participants gained intellectual understanding of the 12 Shadow Types. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to do their own, individual Shadow Work process for personal growth. After each process, there will be a discussion of how that person's process relates to their type. As a result, participants will observe how the knowledge of the Shadow Types can be used to help people process their issues. Read more »

This 7-session course is designed to provide a basic, intellectual understanding about each of the 12 Shadow Types. Specifically, for each type you will learn:

Shadow Work and Spiritual Development

How does Shadow Work relate to spiritual development? Spirit means essence. Spirituality can be understood as developing our life into a fuller expression of who we really are at the core. Put another way, to grow spiritually is to become more authentic.
People may sincerely pursue religious or spiritual practices for years and make much progress. Yet when certain self-defeating behaviors or emotions continue in their lives, spiritual aspirations can be delayed or even doubted and abandoned. Shadow Work processes help a person transform these persistent internal conflicts, clearing the way for renewed spiritual development.
