Shadow Types Basics

This 7-session course is designed to provide a basic, intellectual understanding about each of the 12 Shadow Types. Specifically, for each type you will learn:

* what the personality tendencies are
* what the core wound is for the type
* what patterns people with this type have developed to cope with their wounding
* what happens when this type gets imbalanced
* what the shadows are for this type

Participants will determine their own type by taking Shadow Types' Survey. In the first meeting, we will look at an overview of the types, with an emphasis on participants' types. In each of the remaining 6 meetings, we will explore two types that are most closely related to each other, so that we begin to learn the relationships between the types.

The course will be held on Saturday afternoons, with a tentative start date of August 20, 2011. We will skip Saturday, September 24th, and we may reschedule some other Saturdays, depending on the needs of the participants.

The class size will be limited to 12. Cost for this course is $125.

Additionally, to give participants the opportunity to experience Shadow Work processing in reference to the types, a follow-up processing course will be offered. Please see Shadow Types: Processing Days.
