Shadow Types: Processing Days

This workshop is a follow-up to the Shadow Types Basics course. In the Basics course, participants gained intellectual understanding of the 12 Shadow Types. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to do their own, individual Shadow Work process for personal growth. After each process, there will be a discussion of how that person's process relates to their type. As a result, participants will observe how the knowledge of the Shadow Types can be used to help people process their issues.

The workshop will be held on 3 separate Sundays, from 9 am to 5 pm (with lunch breaks). The workshop will begin after the Shadow Types Basics course has been completed. The exact dates will be determined by the group.

Cost: $75.
