What are the qualifications of the facilitators?

Shadow Work facilitators are certified by Shadow Work® Seminars, Incorporated, based in Boulder, Colorado. Cliff Barry and his organization of Shadow Work mentors oversee the training and ongoing development of certified facilitators. Shadow Work Seminars conducts a standardized training program of basic, advanced, and leader training which must be completed before certification. Facilitators must themselves be facilitated in Shadow Work at least annually. To maintain certification, facilitators attend an annual Certified Facilitators Group seminar for ongoing training and skill observation.
